Opened on 20th March 2000, New Century Clinic was the first of three clinics for Claire and Matthew. This clinic was built solely by them with the help of friends and family.

After having the clinic in Hockley since 2007, Claire and Matthew decided to relocate to Rochford in 2023 to enable them to have a bigger clinic and more space.
Due to a colleague retiring Claire and Matthew were able to purchase this clinic in 2017, with this being their third clinic in Essex it meant that they could invest in high technology equipment such as Swift (verruca treatment) and Clearanail (fungal nail treatment).
